Director’s note:
Greenhouse is a coming-of-age film that tells a story of resilience, hope, and the pursuit of dreams. With this film, I wished to capture the struggles of a young immigrant teenager who refuses to give up on his dreams, despite the obstacles that he faces. It is a story that hits close to home for me. As someone who has grown up in a foreign country, I feel firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate cultural differences and prejudices. I hope this film will inspire young people and adults alike to never give up on their dreams, no matter how difficult the road ahead may be.
